CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:

Cardio Box: If you are looking for a total body cross training workout, this is the class for you! Utilizing medicine balls, hand weights, bands, jump ropes, and heavy bags, you will work every muscle in your body while your heart pumps its way to a stronger, leaner, more toned YOU!

Fight Fit: A fusion of boxing and kickboxing, this high power class will have you sweating and your heart pounding in no time. This class is formatted with a thourough warm-up, followed by a highly effective full-body conditioning routine, then heavy bag work, and ends with some hard core ab exercises. Come discover the fighter in you!

Boxercise:
Throw on your boxing gloves and begin sweating! This intense, yet fun class, set to energizing house music, will have you addicted to exercise in no time. Using the heavy bags, focus mits, and other fitness toys, the time flies by in this extremely popular class!

Kickbox Conditioning: Never the same routine, this class will help you gain endurance, speed, strength, and agility while also learning and practicing your kickboxing skills! Designed to challenge both beginners and advanced members alike, don't miss this kick-ass class!

Muay Thai Camp: This full body conditioning class utilizes techniques specific to muay thai, a specific style of kickboxing. Using punches, kicks, elbows, and knees, you will learn to put together combinations that will not only whip you into the best shape of your life, but will also leave you feeling skillful and empowered!

Abs & Butts: Wondering how to get the perfect, brazilian butt and toned tummy you need to feel like hot stuff in your swimsuit this year? Well this is the class for you! Squats, lunges, plyometrics, and a variety of exercises for your abdominal area are put together in the perfect combination to give you the results you desire!

Monday through Friday from 1pm to 5:30pm, the gym is open for use of any of the equipment and personal training.
